posted 4:19.41 best in the mile and an 8:45.09 in the 3000 meters

Finished ninth in 2005 outdoor 1500 meter run at conference...also he placed 7th in the mile run at the conference meet......

ran legs on distance medley team....all-SLC in cross country with 7th place finish in 2005...

placed 90th at NCAA regionals....

ran on English national prep cross country championship team............
